1965 Volvo PV544 Sport. Rare Find. Low milage car. Car was just repainted the original red color (base coat/clear coat). Beautiful car-rust free. Vigin original floors. Excellent rockers. New door and trunk weatherstripping, fender beading, bumper grommets, NOS mud flaps, Expensive stainless steel bumpers, stainless headlight trim rings and bright Tribar headlights with integrated turn signals, etc. Too much to list.Lots of time and money has been invested. The interior/upholstery is original and still looks pretty well but defiately isn't perfect. It would benefit with a little freshing up to make it look as nice as the rest of the car. Dash pad shows its age. The orginal front seatbelts are still intact. It has an AM/FM radio installed and the original radio is included with sale. Car seats 5 adults comfortably (family sports car). Engine compartment and trunk are nicely detailed and clean! The original B18 engine starts easily and runs great. New battery, radiator hoses, bypass hose and belt. I had the radiator professionally gone over and checked. This car still retains the factory exhaust system. The 4 speed transmission shifts well. The Volvo PV544's were built with reliability and efficiency in mind. These cars usually average 30mpg. Original owners manual, jack, and hub caps are included. I also have the rare factory tool kit for the car. This car is in very good condition for 47 years old but is not perfect. Still needs some minor repairs and details. For example, the speedometer is not presently working and the odometer stopped at 27,742. Title reads 27,727 "Actual" miles! I think from the lack of use, the speedometer cable is frozen.causing the speedo and odometer not to function.. The horn does not currently work. Passenger door window crank does not function. Window is in the up position. The car is being sold AS IS-no warranty or refund. If you are hesitant at buying a car long distance, please have someone inspect the car for you.
