This is a 50th anniversary edition that i purchased in 02, with the intention of restoring it. I drove it for a while and loved it. It needs attention as most cars do that sit for a time. I started it up this past week and drove it down the road to check it out. Has the digital dash. It works with speed & tach but gas gauge hasn't worked since I've owned car. Radio worked at one time. Tires need replacing because of dry cracking. I saw one of these cars at the hospital where I worked and fell in love with it. So I found one, and so have you. This car needs a tuneup, seats fixed, mirror glass (have one mirror glass, I think power mirrors may have a blown fuse ) and it also needs overhead liner replaced. Door panels and carpet are good in front. Carpet in hatch needs replacing. This car needs painting. The only rust I repaired was front windshield post at fenders on both sides, which I sandblasted and fiberglassed back in 02. All glass is good and power windows work. Hood and hatch stay up on their own. Needs dash pad, and a bunch of tender loving care. Tranny and rear are good and quiet. Car could be a daily driver with tires and a tuneup.
