1970 VW Deluxe SUNROOF Bus! This is an original California Bus . Still has it's Blue and Gold license plates issued when new. Was used daily until a couple of years ago when the previous owner replaced it with a new truck. It isn't currently running, although the engine turns over and sounds healthy. We can't get a spark . It has a good straight body that shows only minimal rust in the drivers footwell, and under the windshield ( I have included close up pics of these areas in the listing ). The rest of the body is solid including innner and outer rocker panels, doglegs, wheel wells, wheel arches, drip rails, etc. The floors are all original , patch panels etc. Inside the bus just has 2 front seats, the owner removed the rear seats and built a wooden platform for a bed and storage. This can of course be easily removed, but works quite well if you want to use it for camping. This is a nice unmolested bus , will make am easy restoration candidate.
