1981 Fiat 124 Pininfarina Spider 2000. Car is in good condition, no rust. It has 72,495 miles. Always garaged and only driven a couple hundred miles a year. The car started life as a fuel injected Turbo. The previous owner converted it to carburetor. The intake manifold is from a ’78 Spider (no pollution sensors, etc makes for a cleaner air flow) and a carb from a ’79 Spider. It runs very well. Good tires. Brakes and exhaust were replaced less than 2K miles ago. The car was resprayed a dark metallic blue about 8 years ago and is still in very good condition. The convertible top is in good condition with a small crack at the bottom left corner of the rear window. Rear window is still in good condition (you can still see through it!). Interior is in good shape with a couple of very small holes in the seats. The car has a rear windscreen that does a lot to make reduce buffeting while driving with the top down. Dave 774-217-1881 On Jul-02-12 at 20:17:31 PDT, seller added the following information:I've received quite a few questions so I'm adding some details: - It's a 5-speed manual. - Car does not run hot or overheat. - Replaced the alternator and battery ~300 miles ago. - Tracks straight. - No A/C or power windows. - No cracks in dash or steering wheel. Center console is in good condition. - Aftermarket Pioneer stereo with removable face plate (cassette, sorry no CD) and 4 speakers. - The cigarette lighter socket is missing. Should be easy to replace with an aftermarket socket. - The headrests are in good condition but are Tan so I have covers on them. - The car needs no immediate work. I have started to notice that the clutch takes slightly longer to engage so it may be starting to wear. Still works fine with no slippage.On Jul-04-12 at 11:33:41 PDT, seller added the following information:Update: I had someone take a look at the clutch and all it needed was an adjustment to correct the free play in the clutch cable. Working great now and still no slippage.
