You are looking at a 1972 2 door hardtop fastback coupe. engine is a 350 rocket all original low miles 50,900 when I bought this I was told these were original miles. Title reflects mileage. lets start on good things, this car runs and drives like a Cadillac, very nice ride, I have put only two hundred miles on the car since i have had it. factory A/C car and it blows cold air However in 105 degree heat like it is now here it will not keep up with demand to make the car ice cold. it will freeze your legs but does not seem to finish cooling the car the hot and cold switch works good but have not looked at why it will not switch from bottom to top I think the vaccume line might be off but have not looked. new seals on doors and trunk. interior is in great shape for the age, it has two tears one in the top of the back seat on drivers side, about 3" but patched, and one in the conner of drivers seat where the bend of bottom, factory stereo, however there are no speakers, i wanted to go back to factory but have never did. Paint is Saturn red I have some left for touch ups and to order more if needed later on It has 3 coats DuPont base coat with 5 coats of DuPont clear, the car could use another good coat of hand glaze and it would be fabulous, it is bright and shine now, but it can always be better. Okay now for the things that you have been waiting for, what is wrong, carburetor could use a tune up you have to pump it about 20 times when you start it when it sits for a couple of days, and when you start it when it is hot you have to hold gas pedal to the floor, not a serious problem does not effect driving, but an annoyance, and the last thing is The power steering pump makes noise when you turn I think it is starting to go out. it is using a little fluid. Does not smoke or burn oil, water stays level. Oh yeah no overflow for radiator, This car has had some body work to be honest new rear quarters and new front lower fenders, but were done properly and welded in no bondo. There is a little bondo patch on drivers back down structure inner rear quarters in the trunk also have a hole near bottom, but have been undercoated and painted with rust inhibating paint. also here is some more info i thought of Clear title in hand no leins or restrictions, I would not be afraid to drive this car 500 miles or so, but with any old car it is always a risk, but car is mechanicaly strong. newer tires with lots of life left. new center caps on mag wheels bumpers look OK but they do have a few blimishes and flaws, Clock on dash has not worked since i have had it but i have never even touched it, there is a grease stain in back floor carpet, and front carpet is in good shape but could use a good vaccume, i took it to a show and have not cleaned it since, there are some light scratches on the side glass from previous owner not replacing side cleaners.
