Vehicle Detail
Okay so this is a 1969 Plymouth Barracuda......this car was pretty awesome the first time my father built it, but he realized it had too much power and wanted to put a full frame under it to keep the torque off the rear quarters. This car has a full frame under it now and is ready to run down the track. There are a few things that need finished up, but my father passed away in the middle of the rebuild so this car is not finished. I'm looking to sell the vehicle because I can't afford to put it back together. The car is very solid, has no rust, and is pretty sweet. It has a 440 cu. in. V8 which is roughly about 722 horse power, a 727 automatic transmission with a shift kit, and I'm not sure what the rear end is, but I'm sure its a Dana something or other. This vehicle has line lock, mustang 2 front end setup, which includes rack and pinion steering, disc brakes and better suspension setup then the original Barracuda setup. It has a one piece fiber glass tilt nose. The onlything I can't seem to find is the trunk lid. I found both the front and rear windshields and doors. The motor in this thing alone is worth $5000 to $6000 so bid fair. I know it needs some work, but it will be well worth the time and effort put into the vehicle. I've seen these setups go for $50,000 to $60,000 once complete. It's gonna be a rocking beast once finished and whoever buys it would like pictures of the completed project and would hope for a chance to ride in this thing again. I miss this car, but I just can't put it together do to lack of funds. Thank you for looking and happy bidding.
