1979 Pontiac T/A In good condition; Purchased in 1995 ; Florida car . Vehicle has little rust, in trunk and trunk lid needs repair or replaced .Car run and drives very good. Has not been taged since 2007. It gets started and run every month has good battery and runs on premium fuel from pump. Car has been in body repair status for a while and needs driver door glass and window regulator.Also windshield moldings and rear seats are missing. Powerplant; 455 engine Bored 30 over,1973 Eng. Total Rebuild in 1997 and put about 15 to 20,000 miles . Small Comp Cam with 650 Eldebrock carb W/360 intake . Put over $4 K in engine. Has TH-400 trans with B&M shiftkit and stock posi-track limited slip rear end. Transmission needs fresh clutches, tends to slip when under pressure but does shifts perfect when driven normal. Once had BANDIT set up for powerplant 462 c.i. big block ,steal crank large comp cam ,solid lifters ,with Mallory Unilit ignition with HP around 700. And yes I still have the engine and TH- 400 trans that once caused HEART BEAT concerns. This is all Pontiac NO chiller, just killer. And it is tight & right, note; no little boys toy .
