This is a very rare BMW 700 LS Luxus. It has a fair amount of rust and would most likely be a parts car or a very ambitious restoration or perhaps a Chump car or Lemons vehicle. How about dropping a BMW motorcycle motor, VW drivetrain or a turbo Subaru into this car! Body wise this car has rust around the headlights, rust on the rockers, and a few other places. Actually the floorpans arn't bad at all especially compared to the many VWs of the same vintage I've seen over the years. If this was a Porsche 356 or early VW Bug or Bus then it would most definitely be put back on the road. There is no engine or transmission. The tail light lenses you see in the pictures are no longer with the car. I actually have a clear open title from Florida that came with the car. I have 2 other BMW 700 cars here on ebay.
