1983 MAZDA RX7 Limited Edition- $3000 (Peculiar, Mo) Up for sale is a 1983 Mazda RX-7, Limited Edition, and the car has about 170,000 original miles and is in great overall condition. This gem was taken out of storage planning to finish its minor restoration needs but have too many projects going on. Car must go no reserve!!!! As for the (Gray) paint finish, is pretty good for being 28 years old but could use a deep cleaning, polishing and wax but otherwise the paint job looks great and is all original. The passenger side has minor fender damage with new full clip going with the car. The (RED) interior is in fair condition except for a few rips in the door panels and seats and one of the storage bins behind the seat has a broken hinge. The RX-7 drove quite well and ran strong before put in storage and is now in great running condition. Car has a new battery, intake and carburetor. The tires and brakes seem fine but should be looked into and adjusted accordingly. That being said, this car is an excellent example of the year and would make someone an excellent car and would like to see this car be restored driven and enjoyed. This RX-7 restored was valued at $6,000 to $8,000; even if you part this car out, you could make a killing. I just don't have the time. Car last driven June 4th 2012 about 200 miles 60 to 70 MPH no problems.
