This 2001 Ford Taurus has been a great car for me for over 6 years! I purchased it in 2006 with 28,000 miles. I purchased this car with a rebuilt title, the car was hit in the front, I have has some fender benders since then but no major accidents. There is some cosmetic damage from my bumps and scrapes, I included pictures of them below. I replaced the torque inverter (the main part of the transmission) 9 months ago, recently I have had to add water on a weekly basis, it may need a water pump. This car is great for someone who wants a great deal on a car that will get them from "A to B", it is not fancy, but it has all of the convenient basic features, and it has been a dependable car for me for a long time. This car has been maintained well, all maintenance has been done as needed or before needed. The tires have at lest 50% tread left on them. I still will be using this car for the time being, so the mileage may change slightly.
