We are still driving the car, but it won’t have more than 37,000 miles by the end of the auction. This car is the most gorgeous Bentley color combination and has served us well for the last 6+ years. Owned by company and used for executive transport. No longer needed so we are selling. This car is special. Tires are in reasonably good shape (19" Continental Contsportcontact3). Car mostly maintained by local Bentley dealer. ___________________________________________________________________________ This car has been used as an executive transport in the Washington, DC, area. There are some small dings, slight scratches on the trunk lid (one side) that should be easy to buff out, small rock chips on front (from being on the road) and a couple small marks on the bumpers. The red color on the "B" on the hood has lost a little paint. As is typical with Bentley's of this age, some of the veneers have small cracks (normally fixable by having them re-coated). I have tried to include photo's of these conditions. In real life, I don't even notice them. It has received paint work to keep it looking good. It is a beautiful car that turns heads every day. The interior is in very good shape, and mechanically the car runs VERY strongly. There is a small area of wear on the driver’s seat leather, and the traction control light intermittently comes on so we suspect there may be a problem in the system. It drives great. Accessories: 3 keys, manuals and navigation disk. Buyer's Inspection: We have tried to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle, and to disclose information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that there may be other damage and mechanical parts are subject to fail, or maintenance that is not completely up to date. We welcome and recommend a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyer’s inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees. Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early. The following terms of sale apply to this auction. Payment Terms: The successful high bidder will submit a $2,000 non-refundable deposit within 1 business day of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 3 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes and he/she must reply within 12 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements. Payment Methods: Certified check which must be validated by bank, or wire transfers (wire transfer must be actually received). Fees and Taxes: Buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees. The Seller will pay nothing. Bid Retractions: Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 24 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction. Negative Feedback Bidders: We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating should email us or call us prior to bidding. Non-Paying Bidder: If the deposit is not received within 1 business day of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
