Here for sale is my 1973 Pontiac Grand AM 400- 4 barrel- 4 speed. This is a very rare car with a low production figure of 187 4 speeds produced out of 43, 136 total production. This car is one of the most documented cars I have ever owned. Documentation is as follows: Original purchase order, Original Window Sticker, Original Financing Contract, Dealer to Owner letter, Warranty Booklet, along with 6 other factory booklets even has the blue manila tag for the shifter and blinker arm for instructions . The engine , transmission and rear end are all original and numbers matching with the exception of the heads and carb. The heads are 1/6 th casting and has an after market air cleaner . Car runs and drives good . I was told the miles are original. It could use a tune up, but other than that runs fine. I bought the car from out west and the underside is 100% rust free and the body is 95% rust free with the exception of the small spot on the drivers side door and one small spot on the passenger side of the rear lower outer quarter panel both about the size of a 50 cent piece. There was some surface rust on a small area of the trunk that I sprayed some ospo on that is just pitting it can be cleaned up and painted no replacement needed . I will provide the areas of the trunk on Friday . The interior is all original and has some cracks , the drivers seat will need to be re done but other than that the rest of the interior is in pretty good shape. I also have alot of detailed photos of all areas of the car to any interested parties so you can bid with confidence This is a very affordable low production highly documented big block muscle car. I own a restoration shop and purchased this car as an investment . With over 13 cars , 3 with restoration in process I do not see myself getting to it any time soon.
