2004 Ford F-150 Heritage XL, 4.6 V-8, 2-door, 2WD, White THIS IS ONE WORK HORSE OF A TRUCK. If you are looking for a truck that starts every time… blows ice-cold air and shifts smoothly… this is the truck! If you are looking for a ‘pretty’ truck this isn’t it… this truck is clean, lean and mean… but it is just that A TRUCK! With 178.000 miles… I sold my last one at 260,000 and it was still going strong! (ohhh… it has a bed-liner, and since I have had it (70,000 miles, never towed anything)) PROS: Engine starts and runs smoothly Transmission shifts great Blows ice cold Matching tires (30%+ left) Well maintained always serviced and clean CONS: It has small issues: Gas gauge doesn’t work… hasn’t in three years… I use the trip counter! Needs a new float assembly Intermittent wipers don’t work… wipers are either on or off… easy fix, but I am too lazy Front bumper boogered up (see pics)… once again easy fix.
