Vehicle Detail

I have owned this car for over 6 years and over that time I have been working on a good driver quality restoration. It has a rebuilt 351W engine equipped with an edelbrock 4bbl carb. The FMX trans has been rebuilt along with the torque converter. Rear axle has new bearings and seals. New gas tank with standard type float. I am including the original "low level", type sensor that needs to be rebuilt. New paint done in the original color. The interior has been redone with new upholstery in black rather than the original blue. New brakes and hardware. New T/A radial tires on American Racing Torq-Thrust D rims. It has a new radiator and heater core. It is equipped with A/C but the lines are off as I was going to upgrade to the new refrigerant type. Rim blow wheel needs work. It has an am/fm cassette with MP3 input and new speakers in the original door locations. The car needs some finishing but is very close to being show ready. The fuel guage is currently inop as is the speedometer. (The cable needs replacement as it got too close to the exhaust). I was planning on replacing the instrument cluster as it has some cosmetic issues. That is why the trim panels are off in the pictures but they are included. The top is new. It is a Robbins with the glass back window. New top seals and lift cylinders. New foam was installed when the shop did the upholstery kit. I am trying to find the receipts for the engine and trans work but I will not promise that I can find them . The warranties on the work were for 1 year which has expired. I have put less than 1000 miles on the car since it putting it back together. Please do not misundersand...this was NOT a "frame off" restoration. I wanted a good respectible driver and that is what it is. Frame rails, torque boxes, pans and cowl are good. The only area I found that will need some attention is the rear inner rockers on both sides. It is impossible to find a 43 year old car without any rust unless it has already been fully restored. I have priced it taking into consideration what it is and what it still needs. There were only 4024 of these made and they sure don't make them any more. It is being sold as-is where-is. I can help find a shipper should it be necessary. I also reserve the right to end the auction early as it is listed elsewhere.
