NO RESERVE This is an 87 535i with "is" front and rear spoilers. I bought this car for my wife to drive when she does not have the kids but she is not a classic car fan. About as old as she will go is my 2000 911 coupe. I purchased this car the middle of last year from a Volvo mechanic here locally, not sure he knew what he was doing since he had a short ownership. Once I bought the car I replaced/repaired: Plugs Wires Cap and rotor Fluids Battery Exhaust, rear section Interior redone BBS wheels repaireed/painted and new tires Shadow Line Trim and Bumpers BRAND NEW PROGRAMA SI BOARD Fixed the AC Dash cover Hood insulation Various switches etc. This is a good car with very little left to do.The center support bearing is weak as it vibrates a little under load. The lower power steering hose is dripping slowly at the fitting. These are the only 2 items that I see. Of course you may find more, bit these stick out to me. The body is in good shape and straight with less then average wear as you can see in the pictures. Completely stock except for the air filter, it was like that when I bought it and I have a stock box for it. Clean car, I never drive it, I have over 16 BMW's in my stable and other vintage cars as well. I have no need for this one and it is taking up room in my warehouse that I can now use for my e28 M5 I am restoring. There is a mileage discrepency on Carfax, not sure what the exact mileage is since these clusters are notorious for failing. Here in GA anything over 10 years old is sold miles exempt meaning the state does not keep track of the mileage after that time. Although this is not a new car it is still very nice. It is a used car, although not perfect, it is nice for the year. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
