1978 Pontiac Trans Am

im selling my 1978 trans am originally a silver 4speed non ac car from the factory .it is a roller with no engine or trans which is the way i got it. it is a low milage with just around 90k miles .it would make great project car i bought it originally to part it out but after checking the car out i just dont have the heart to do so its a pretty solid car as far as the floor pans and underside of the car see pics ,it has had a color change at somepoint in its life to red . it will need in my opinion both quarter panels and a lh fender and the passenger door has a spot that had been previuosly bondoed but its peeling off so it might need a door .the floor pans amazingly are pretty solid with the exeption of the passenger side having a few small pin nholes and the rh rear roof has a dime size hole in it.the trunk pan is solid but it has some flaking on the lh side but it doesnt seem to be all the way through . the hood is in great shape and needs nothing .the rear tailight panel is in great shape as far as rust but it does have a small tear were someone has pilled the car by the panel but it would be easily fixed .the interior is pretty much complete exept the dash which i pulled and have it listed on ebay as well its the nicest all original 2nd gen trans am dash ive ever seen, so if you want the original dash then bid on it .i also will throw in a good set of 78 honeycomb wheels and the rear kick panels i will throw in also but other than that what is in the pictures is what your bidding. i have a clear title in hand also have part of thr original owners manual .to sum it up its a fairly solid car for a 78 that you can fix up or part it out. im sure i have left something out so if you have any questions please call or text me also have many more pics if needed 205-270-0115 i cannot ship but i will assist any way i can i also have afew other trans am parts as well .please only serious bidders i have set the reserve very low and you know how hard these cars are getting to find .On May-28-12 at 22:14:19 PDT, seller added the following information:i went to get the my set of snowflake wheels today were i had them stored and i can only find two of them!! so IT WILL ONLY COME WITH TWO 78 SNOWFLAKE WHEELS im very sorry for any inconvinence this may cause .but it will of course still have the rally wheels that are on it plus the two 78 snowflake wheels i have .THANKS!!
