Vehicle Detail

1997 Toyota 4Runner Limited 4x4 3.4 V6, Automtic I have owned too many of these to count. (I currently own 3 of them.) I buy them, fix them up and then sell them on after a while. The time has come for me to take on my next project so I have to sell this one. Great truck. In the last 6 months I have done: New Hankook DynaPro Tires New Front Brakes (Tundra brakes, major upgrade) New Bilstein HD shocks at all 4 corners (same ones Toyota uses for the TRD packages) New Toyota Coil Springs at all 4 corners (no saggy rear end or rough ride like a lot of these 4Runners) New Lower Ball Joints (Tacoma ball joints, major upgrade, they're a lot stronger than the 4Runner LBJ's) New Outer Tie Rod Ends (also from a Tacoma to fit the Tacoma ball joints) New Poly Steering Rack Bushings (nice, precise steering feel) New Steering Rack Guide New Poly Sway Bar Bushings (helps eliminate that vague handling feeling) New Factory Toyota Radio & Amp New Denso O2 sensor New NGK Dual Ground Spark Plugs (the correct ones for these vehicles) New NGK Spark Plug Wires New Fuel Filter New Air Filter New PCV Valve Cleaned the Throttle Body and Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor New Rear Heater Lines New TruCool External Transmission Cooler New Factory Toyota Wheels from an '01 Limited (refinished in Gunmetal Gray, they look awesome.) New Factory Toyota Replacement Rear Cargo cover New Factory Toyota Dash Clock Throttle, Cruise Control & Transmission Kickdown Cables all adjusted to factory specs New Keyless Entry Remote New Toyota Hood Release Cable (original was stretched out and wouldn't let hood latch properly, common issue) Lucas Synthetic fluid in both Differentials Mobil 1 oil change Alignment done at Sloane Toyota PA Inspection & Emissions good through 12/12. BRAND NEW muffler installed 3/22/12. Never been hit or painted. NO RUST. Both bumpers are tweaked a little bit, from me being in the city with it everyday it's inevitable. I am the 3rd owner, the guy I bought it from owned it for 10 years. Probably a few other things I'm forgetting. When I bought it, I spent 12 hours detailing the interior. I took the seats, rear carpet and center console out of it to properly clean it. Very, very nice vehicle. If you know anything about these 4Runners, you know that they'll pretty much run forever with just routine maintenance. The last one I had was a '99 SR5 with 196K miles on it when I sold it, the one before that was a '98 Limited with 357K miles on it. These things are basically bullet proof. 194,XXX miles. (Will continue to go up as I drive it everyday.) Color is Desert Dune Metallic with Tan Leather Interior. Runs incredibly well. If I covered up the odometer and sent you on a test drive you would think it has 50,000 miles on it. Everything that needed attention has been done. It's ready to go another 200,000 miles without breaking a sweat. Please call me to see it and test drive it. And please no low ballers, I know what these trucks are worth, you can get ones that need a ton of work for less money or you can buy mine that is already done for less than what it would cost to make one as nice as mine.
