1974 Triumph TR6 CF 23727U Paint 72 Pimento Red Trim 63 Sold New by: Scott Wells Motorcars Nashville, TN Frame up restoration. 53,849 miles, this car looks to be the original miles. Always a southern car! This isn't your normal TR6! It has several upgrades that make it a blast to drive, while reducing future problems. New paint, new interior, Overdrive, Rear Sway bar kit, Rear Tube shock conversion, Reinforced differential ramps, Frame is rust free, Spin on oil filter, oil cooler, cross drill rotors, Electronic ignition, gear reduction starter, oil feed to the rockers, new seat belts, wheels looks new, new CD with MP3 player, new water pump, etc… Original Sales Order, owner’s manual, lots of manuals and books Car was just serviced and some of the wiring updated. Show or Go! The paint is almost perfect! The chrome bumpers are very nice with no rust. Pull the choke and the car fires right up! Let the car warm up and the car runs down the road as smooth as silk. With the overdrive kicked in, it will cruise on interstate at 70-80 miles per hour with little to no strain. The engine does not make any funny noises or smoke at all. The oil pressure is right where it needs to be. The car idles perfectly and it runs in a straight line with no shimmy or pulling. If you are looking for a very nice TR6 that has no rust, look no further....this car was undercoated years ago and has the original floor pans. It seems like every place possible was sprayed to prevent the car from rusting. Whoever buys the TR6 will be very happy, the car truly looks and runs almost like a new TR6!
