Here for sale is my 1971 thunderbird Landau . It is in very good driver condition . A lot has been done to the car in 2006 ,before I bought it , which includes a new paint , new standard ( not cayman ) vinyl roof , new brakes , new shocks and rubber mounts and much more . Few miles have been put on the car since then for a total 0f 89 000 original miles I installed two new tires in the rear last week .The front ones are 50 per cent wear . The car drives and handles wonderful and brakes fantastic . The engine is the well sought after 429 CID with the DOVE heads which gives the car a 10.5 compression ratio for 360 HP and 450 ft/lbs torque . Everything is there and nothing is missing . Interior has no tears , save for a couple cracks on the top of dashboard and under the rear passenger armrest . Power Windows and driver seat are in working order . The Horn in the steering wheel is also working as is the radio too .Power antenna doesn't work and air conditioning needs gas . The cruise control is functional .The rearview mirror is not original but the correct one will be given with the car Exhaust is not original and is slightly louder than original with a nice tone to it .
