I bought this years ago from a local guy with a bad engine...Or the head was off anyway.My Brother was to buy it and restore it but the lazy fractionalized ass never got the car after I retreived it and got it ready to pull to his house.I also Have a 1985 golf diesel 4dr that I was going to use for the donor engine transmission for the rabbit.This car got hit in the front but you can have all the remnants of it in the same sale( For a negotiated price).THIS SALE IS THE RABBIT PICKUP ALONE>.I can place the 5spd diesel engine in the back of the rabbit pickup if you are going to Towdolly the whole rig...Or bring trailer and rollback to load both...My labor to dick around loading and helping with the loading will be 50bucks an hour....and all this is a cash green money sale too by the way...I also have 2 other 85 golf diesels white 4dr and blue 2dr that i might part with...both running cars...for a good I repeat good price..or One price for everything!!CASH! I KNOW ITS A 1982-84..I HAVE TITLE TO IT.....
