The Engine is blown and needs replaced.7.4L 454.It will crank and move but dont know for how long.Not drivable for any extended distance. Everything else is in good shape. New tires, new dual exhaust, new fuel pump and sending unit, new trailer brake controller, new injectors on fuel rail. If you put a crate engine in you will use fuel intake off old engine.4x4 works. Great looking truck. No tears in interior.some stains on carpet and seats.This was a 12 year old work truck so it has obvious signs of wear.
