If violated, I will cancel your bid. 1998 Dodge Dakota SLT 3.9L Magnum V6 Nice and Reliable Truck! 198k Miles Power Windows & Locks Keyless Entry ICE Cold A/C This is a nice little truck! For auction here is a nice, daily driven Dodge Dakota. This dodge is in good shape for its age and miles. It starts everytime and still runs strong. The 3.9L V6 Magnum Motor runs quiet with good throttle response and the automatic transmission shifts smoothly. The steering is tight and the truck rides smoothly. There are no leaks of any kind. No leaks, no smoke, no shakes, no warning lights on dash, just a nice reliable little work truck. This truck does surprisingly well in winter weather too! This truck is in good condition for it age. It does have some rust which is mainly around the rear wheel wells and some sratches here and there but no body damage. No accidents ever (I have carfax). This is a daily driven work truck and it shows, so the bed has lots of scratches from use. There is a small dent in the rear bumper (chrome), but as far as dings and dents go, thats it. This truck has nice Hunter Green paint. Still shines great with no fading anywhere. The interior is SUPER CLEAN with no rips on seats and no cracks in dash. Everything functions great. The center console flips up to seat three too! This truck has the SLT package with all the power options, keyless entry (2 Keys, 1 Remote), Tilt Steering Wheel, ABS, Bed Liner (mat), Oversized All Terrain Tires, Cruise Control, ICE COLD A/C, Nice OEM Radio, and all the stardard options and features. All options work perfect. This truck has been maintained very well which is why it still runs great with 200k miles! Recent Maintenance Includes: NEW Tires, NEW Brakes (new pads and rotors), Newer Exhaust, New A/C System (New A/C Condenser, New A/C Clutch, and Fully Serviced and Charged. A/C is ICE cold!), NEW Battery, Fresh Oil Change, Fresh transmission fluid, Front End Parts replaced in 2010 (ball joints, tire rod ends, ect.) Issues: 1) Needs Passenger Front wheel bearing replaced. Its a 40 dollar part, I just dont have the time to fix it. (Its still drivable and I drive it everyday, it just howls loudly.) 2) The column shifter has a crack in it but I have it wrapped in duck tape and then electrical tape. It is very sturdy and it functions fine. (see pics) 3) Driver side window jumps off track once in awhile. I think it needs a new plastic bushing for the scissor part of the mechanism. Common issue on Dakotas and easy fix. Dont get me wrong though, both power windows work great! 4) Small single crack in the mirror of the driverside side mirror. Barely noticable and mirror still works fine. 5) Tensioner pulley has a small sqeak that comes and goes. THATS IT! This Truck Books at around $4300 NADA. CarMax wants to give me $1000 for it, but this truck is worth much more than that so here you go!
