1965 Buick Riviera Custom. This car has been my project for years. It needs work of course, they all do. I am going to get rid of it to start a smaller project. I have moved and the car actually does not fit in my new garage (too long by a foot). Anyway on to the specifics. This car is in good shape. There is a little rust in the driver floor. I think there was a wing window leak at some point in its life allowing water to the driver floor. The interior needs work. It is all there, but the front seats would need to be recovered. The rear seats are good. The car runs and drives. I drove it most of the summer. This however does not mean i would drive the car across the country to get it home. I would not suggest that for any old car. There are always tricks and quirks that any old car has and need to be learned. The car has air ride suspension. The front has brand new shockwave bag/strut combos. They are adjustable shocks, they are the top of the line shockwaves. The rear is typical firestone style bags with regular shocks. It has a ten gallon air tank and two fast compressors. The engine is a 401 nailhead with a new edlebrock carb. The clamshell headlights work great. I don't know what else to put down, but i am sure you will have questions. please ask me whatever before bidding as there is no return, car is sold as is. I am sad to let this car go and not finish it. There is a little primer on the driver door. I think the previous owner fixed the door but never got paint. The wheels are astro supremes 15" with moon bullets. Tires are new. car is very unique. ANY questions please email. Pictures show some interior and some close ups of the flaws in the body. There is a picture of the driver floor with two holes in it. There is a pic of the driver door handle. Also on the roof the paint it deteriorating due to sun exposure. I also added a couple pictures of the trunk with the air bag system. I would also like to add that i have the original wheels and steering wheel. The car was was originally a ac car. the system is not in the car. I have everything to get it back in. The car looks awesome, but i just want to make sure everyone has a real good idea what condition they will receive it in. It still needs work to make it yours. It has a really great start and it is the most stylish 60's car made!
