Being Offered, TWO THUNDERBIRDS for the price of ONE!!! One is a 1966 Ford Thunderbird Convertible The other is a 1966 Ford Thunderbird Landau BOTH are the rare "Q" codes with the original 428ci 345hp engines. Both cars are being sold in 'as is' condition and seller makes no representations as I am not a mechanic. The cars were inherited and I have limited knowledge but you are more then welcome to view them before purchasing them. The cars are available for sale locally as well and seller reserves the right to cancel bids or to cancel the auction should they sell privately. I have the orginal titles to both vehicles as well as one of the owners manuals. Both cars have the tilt-away steering wheel for easy access inside and both are automatics. The convertible was titled in CT and has some rust, especially behind the wheel wells. The top is in need of replacement and I have a brand new one in a box that will go with it upon sale. The keys could not be found but I have a replacement lock and key set which also will go with it. The interior is in overall good condition but needs a really good cleaning. The Landau is in need of some repairs but the body is in overall better condition as it was titled in California. There are some extra parts in the back seat and from what I understand uin the trunk as well. I have the keys to this car and have driven it around the neighborhood but not in over a year. Non-refundable security deposit of $500 to be paid within 3 days of closing of the auction by money order, cash or wire. Cars must be picked up within 2 weeks upon the end of the auction unless other arrangements are made. I will gladly assist your shipper with picking them up but make sure they are aware that they are not running at this time (need keys for the convertible and batteries). Please feel free to ask me whatever questions but my knowledge of cars is limited and I am not a mechanic so make sure its not something overly specific as I will not know the answer.
