You are bidding on a 1985 Porsche 928S with a 5.0L V8 engine and an Automatic transmission. The car starts and runs very well. The engine sounds powerful and pulls strong. No leaks anywhere and smoke from the exhaust pipe. This Porsche was purchased as a project and has been off the road and in storage for the last two (2) years. It will need a tune-up for sitting this long. The battery is still good and holds a charge. It will be sold as a project vehicle and in AS IS condition with no warranty given or implied. It comes with a PA Certificate of Salvage and a Bill of Sale. The new owner will have to pass inspection and register this Porsche on his state. Please look at the photos and ask questions BEFORE placing a bid. THIS IS NOT a game. Your bid is a LEGAL and binding contract to purchase this vehicle in the condition described herein. It shows no signs of damage or accident at the present time. The driver's door and the rear bumper were repainted before I purchased this Porsche. It does not have any structural damage and no mechanical damage that I can see. There is NO RUST anywhere. The interior is original and in above average condition with the age and mileage of the vehicle. The seats and the dash have the usual cracks from the sun. The carpet is in above average condition. The paint is also original except the repainted driver's door and rear bumper. All the gauges work fine (see photos) and there are no warning lights present. The AC will need a charge. The electric windows work fine. The super LOW opening price is way below market value for such a classic, iconic Porsche. I have already a couple of other Porsche 928s vehicle and no time to work and drive all of them. So I'm selling this nice Porsche in the same condition I purchased it. I have done no major upgrades and it will be SOLD AS IS and in running condition. It's obviously no garage queen but it's a solid sports car and has a lot of potential for the right buyer. A $500 non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of the auction's end via PayPal.
