This is our 2003 Mercedes Benz E320 Sedan. We are the third owners of the car and have owned it since 2006 but now need to sell it as we now have three children and it's too tight in the backseat to fit all three carseats. It was purchased in May 2006 from Nanuet Mercedes in New York. This car was primarily driven by my wife; it is in great running condition with no known issues or mechanical defects to report. We purchased the car with 34,000 miles and it now has approximately 88,000 miles. The car is always garaged and it shows. There are many more pictures below, so please scroll down to see all of them. The exterior color is Alabaster White. The body is in very good shape all around, there may be light scratches and possible light dings, but no major dents or any structural damage at all. The driver's side rear door was hit/dented when someone drove by and struck it with their rear-view mirror (the door was open as my wife was putting our son in the back seat). It has been fully repaired and there is no sign of any damage anymore, this damage was reported on the vehicles history. The interior is black, the interior is also in nice shape with typical signs of wear that you would see after years of usage. There are no rips in the seats, no rips in the carpet and no major issues to report. Fading is extremely minimal and the interior looks better then most new cars I've seen. The car comes well optioned with HEATED and VENTILATED front 10-way power seats. All seat functions are working perfectly, it even has key-based memory so you can have your settings stored for your key when you enter the vehicle. It has a power sunroof, front & rear parking assist sensors, AM/FM/CD Stereo with additional 6-disc CD Changer, 16" Allow Wheels. It also has rain-sensing windshield wipers. We have actively maintained the car according to Mercedes Service requirements. I have a copy of all service records & receipts that I will hand over with the vehicle. The car has always been very reliable and we have never had any major mechanical issues. New tires were installed in February 2011 and have plenty of life left in them. There is a reserve on this auction - the reserve is set to what we received as a trade-in offer for the vehicle. We would rather sell it outright rather then trade it in, our reserve is much less then private-party values listed on most internet sites.
