We are the original owners. This has been a very good car. We had the Integrated Motor Assist battery changed at 97,000 miles and the new one seems to be holding a charge very well. We have met all the maintenance required dates and had an extended warrantee on it up until about 2 years ago. Hardly anyone has been in the back seats and we have had seat covers on the front seats since we purchased it. It comes from a non-smoking, no pets home. As a hybrid, it gets very good gas mileage. While my daughter was in New York, I drove it for 2 years without any problems and loved the pay at the pump. I have included pictures of the right rear door where my daughter scratched it up against a pole in an underground garage. I have also included pictures of the back where it got stuck in the snow and I pushed it up an incline with my Landcruiser. Okay, I'll take responsibility for that one. Recently, the transmission started to hop on it and I took it in to the dealer. He said that he could flush it and it could last 2 months or 2 years, who knows? He said that with the Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT), it could not be rebuilt and would have to be replaced if we decided to go that direction. Now that all the kids are out of the house, we really don't need it and I don't want to invest in the transmission.
