Chassis # 9117201456 Engine # 6272552 Paint code 042-9-1 (Peru Red) 1977 Porsche 911S sunroof coupe, 185,000 miles. The car just came out of a long term ownership, it was always a California car, completely rust free. It was off the road for some years, just got tit running. The car runs and drives good but the brakes are low due to storage. The engine and gearbox are fine. The paint is dull and a good buffing may bring the shine back. The rear fenders are lightly metal flared, I was told by the previous owner that the flaring was done a long time ago by a Porsche dealer in California, It still has the original fenders underneath. Very straight, accident free body. The car has the desirable 16 inch Fuchs wheels. The rear wheels are wider than the front ones. The front ones are size 205/55R16, the rear are size 225/50R16. Original tan leather interior, no tears or rips but the front seats are worn. The leather is still soft and supple. The driver’s side door panel needs redoing. The headliner is original but it has a lot of stains. The trunk compartment s without any rust and has a spare tire, jack and tools. The blinkers, sunroof and radio do not work. The car comes with all the books, many service records/receipts and dealer stamp records. An excellent original car needing some cosmetics.
