You are bidding on a 2002 Golf GLS TDI Diesel. The vehicle is sold in as is condition where is. There are no warranties, expressed or implied, with this vehicle. This vehicle has not been in any accidents. I am the original owner. I purchased this car in 2002 when gas prices soared. It is my daily driver to and from work, and still is. It averages 44 miles per gallon, Usually I get about 650 miles on a tank. Recent maintenance Oil Changed every 5,000 miles January 8, 2012- New Battery (201,800 miles) August 16, 2011- New rear wiper motor (196,000 miles) May 13, 2011- New rear hub Driver Side, Replace break Fluid, new parking break cables (192,348 miles) May 7, 2011 - New Rotors and pads (192,000 miles) April 6, 2011- 4 new tires (190,489 miles) June 1, 2010- New wheel bearings (179,000 miles) etc.... etc..... Other items that need attention: 1) Arm rest between driver and passenger seat, hinge is broken, it sits in place 2) Driver side and passenger mirror, the mirrors could be replaced, the heat from the heated mirrors has discolored the mirrors. The drivers side is chipped and needs replaced but is functional. 3) The ABS light is on. The dealer said it needs a new sensor. 4) Tires only have 30% tread left (they wore faster than previous pairs) 5) Light rust just starting around wheel wells. This is a great commuting car. Has always been reliable for me. **Roof rack does not come with car.
