CHASSIS This project started with the chassis of a 2001 BMW 325i 4-door stripped and gutted (the car has never been in an accident before or after). The chassis had 152,000 Miles on it the Vin # is WBAAV33431FV02213. Added to that was a totaled 2002 BMW E46 M3 purchased right here on Ebay, (rear end damage, not flipped). This car had 58,000 Miles on it the Vin # is WBSBL93422JR16879. DRIVETRAIN 3.2L 333hp S54 Motor and 6 speed manual transmission was added to the 4 door chassis along with DME, steering column, Steering wheel, custom DSS drive shaft and a very long list of random parts. EXHAUST Added to that was a custom Exhaust system consisting of equal length 3 to 1-2.5" high heat rapped headers leading to dual 2.5inch straight pipes with dual aluminum OTP electric cut-outs with dual 2.25"diverters pipes leading to the rear muffler (see pictures and Video) Video of Exhaust SUSPENSION Most if not all parts were replaced with OE or Better. Also a full H&R cup kit (struts and springs all around) all around. Also H&R wheel spacers. Wheels are 19" x 8.5" front Tires are 225/40ZR -19 Hankook Ventus V12 and 19" x 9.5" Rear 275/35ZR -19 BFGoodrich g-Force T/A KDW 2/ All for have less than 2000 miles on them. INTERIOR Was originally tan but that fit poorly with the green so a full E46 interior swap was done to black leather with wood trim and a Mo-Mo shift knob and boot. The original gauge cluster was used as it is the mileage the Vin # carries. there are a few little dog nail scratches and a small tear in the back seat stitching (see pictures). EXTERIOR A fiberglass GTR M3 Widebody Kit was stretched to fit the 4-Door exterior making it 10 inches wider, 6 inches longer in the front and 2 inches shorter in the rear. a sabion carbon fiber hood was added to help counter the added weight of the bigger engine. Also the angel eyes were changed to red. The classic 60's Dodge Green matt finish was chosen (although it is not for everyone). There are a few imperfections with the body work as I caught to kids in my old neighborhood standing on the fenders (I learned bright colors attract children) causing a crack that I never fixed (not very noticeable see Pictures) also there are a few small drip marks on the rear fenders, and the front bumper has a few very small chips from bugs and rocks and stuff (also in pictures). GENERAL This car runs beautifully, you are welcome to test drive it anytime. It was my goal to have a reliable daily driver with at least 350HP and this car did it Perfectly! It has been and is extremely reliable and very fun to drive, its it has been driven on the road and therefore is not flawless but the pictures you see were taken today and reflect the present condition of the vehicle. It now has 168,000 miles on it with 74,000 on the motor and trans. There is a engine light on from the straight exhaust and the air pump being removed. Also I turned the traction control off as with the power that was added it tends to thinks it's slipping.
