**No Reserve Auction! She goes to the highest bidder!** Up for auction is a one owner 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis LS that has been serviced every 3,000 miles since new. The car has 211,788 miles on it, but you would never know it. It runs and drives like a vehicle with much lower mileage. Most of the miles on this car are easy highway miles. It was never used as a taxi or livery vehicle, just a one owner family hauler. The 4.6 liter V8 starts right up and runs great with no smoke or strange noises. The automatic overdrive transmission shifts well with no slippage. The brakes, steering, electrical, suspension, exhaust, cooling system ect all seem to be in good working order. There are no leaks. Its a really comfortable car that floats down the rode smoothly and quietly. It has a valid New Jersey inspection through 10/2012. This Grand Marquis is an LS model and is very nicely equipped. It has a leather interior, alloy wheels, front and rear map lights, power adjustable pedals, dual power seats, cruise control, traction control, power windows, power locks, keyless entry, automatic climate control, ect. All the power options, lights and gauges work as they should. The exterior is in good condition. The paint is glossy and has a nice shine. There is no rust or body damage other than a scrape on the drivers side near the rear wheel (see picture). The car currently has the full size spare tire on it. The other tire with the matching alloy wheel is in the truck and comes with the car. The interior is clean and in good condtion with no rips or holes in the leather or carpet. Overall, the car shows a lot less wear and tear than the mileage would lead you to believe. It was just fully and professionally detailed too. KNOWN DEFICIENCIES: It will probably need at least the two rear tires replaced soon. The spare is currently on the car and is worn. The air conditioning blows cool, but not really cold & the blower motor only works on high The brake light on the dashboard comes on occasionally and then goes off. Not sure why it does that but the brakes seem to work fine. Two small rock chips on windshield (not cracked) Scrape on drivers side rear (see pic) TERMS AND CONDITIONS: A non-refundable $250 deposit is due through Paypal within 24 hours of auction close. The balance is due within 7 days of auction close. I would like the car picked up within 14 days but I can store it longer if necessary as long as it is paid for in full.
