Up for auction is a Mercedes Benz L'Etoile limo. The car was built in Belgium by Ronny Coach Building. One of the premier limousine builders of the day. My car was used on the brochure for promoting the business. (shown below in the pictures) Supposedly the car was owned by Dave Thomas. The founder of Wendy's food chain. I have no proof of this. Just passing on the story. VIN# wdb1260371a102722 I bought a number of years back here on Ebay. Had all the intentions of restoring it. But like most good intentions of restoring the car. It never happened. It's sat in the same spot since it was delivered to me. I bought the car for roughly $2700. Plus shipping back to Michigan for $450. I have a total of $3200 invested in the car. I'd like to try to resell the vehicle and recoup at least some of my money. I had thought about parting the car out. The Euro headlights themselves sell for roughly 500 to 1000 on Ebay and the Hydrolic suspension is also worth about the same. However I do not feel like taking the time to remove the parts and sell them off. My loss your gain. NOTE: The car does not run CURRENTLY. The car needs a fair amount of body work.
