This is one of several Toyota Landcruiser's we imported from Australia five years ago. This is the best Toyota HJ45 we could find and people love it. It was a one owner who didn't drive often and kept it under a carport. No rust problems like you see in most older Cruisers. Would be great to promote a business- people notice it- be prepared to have people asking about it everywhere you go. It only has 9,500 miles on complete rebuilt 2H Diesel Engine professionally installed. The original H diesel engine was replaced and upgraded with the 2H. Original Miles on chassis is only 94,000 miles. Here's a breakdown of features: 6 Cylinder 2H Diesel Engine (22-25 MPG) Completely Rebuilt with under 10,000 miles - not even broken in yet! Runs excellent and starts every time and no smoke! 4 Speed Transmission, two fuel tanks, ready to be converted to run on bio-diesel and currently runs on B5 Diesel, Assisted Power Steering, Rated 1 Ton, Sliding Side Windows, Opening side vents, Seats 11 with Folding Bench Seats with all seatbelts. Right hand drive. All shifting and pedals are standard. Some upgrades include the following: Snorkel Fresh exterior paint (the original paint was near perfect. However, the hood top had oxidized and for bolt holes for an aftermarket canister that was removed on the left fender where filled in with steel. The age of the original paint made it impossible to make a perfect match so the entire exterior was repainted with a polyurethane finish. The interior paint is all original. Complete rebuilt 2H diesel engine Complete rebuilt radiator Rack cage sandblasted and powder coated New stereo with CD player and ability to plug in device such as iPod Aftermarket air conditioner (not hooked up- don't need in Oregon) Other important Information: VIN # HJ45-034741 Odometer is in Kilometers- 152,000 KM = 94,000 Miles. 1979 Manufactured with Australian Compliance Tag Matching. Insured with stated policy value by State Farm Insurance. I will keep insurance until delivered safely to your location. You will need to add to your insurance policy after purchase clears. I can provide tips on how to arrange transport or you can drive it home- it is ready to go with a full tank. I am willing to personally drive it to any destination right off Interstate 5 as far North as Bellingham, Washington or as far South as Sacramento California or off of Interstate 84 as far East as Boise, Idaho. Payment will need to be received in full and proof of insurance before hand. Inspections and test drives welcome and encouraged. It can be shipped on open vehicle transport or will fit in shipping container. Parts are easy to find since nearly everything on a 40 series is available here in the USA. Many of the engine parts are available on the internet or through Toyota full service shops. This vehicle is nearly 34 years old and the body is not perfect, though it's hard to tell just seeing it. If you look closely you'll see some small dings mostly in the rear of the vehicle. The driver side floor mat could be replaced. The tires are ready to be replaced- I didn't want to purchase new ones before listing not knowing what the buyer would perfer. You can get great all track tires starting around $800.00. There's a small chip in the windshield about 1/2 inch- not very noticable.
