Up for auction is this very nice 1997 Ford F150 Extended cab pickup - knowing the gas prices are $4 plus per gallon, you will appreciate the increased fuel economy of the 4.2 liter V6 engine in this truck - it has just had the upper and lower intake gaskets replaced, new spark plugs, fuel injectors cleaned, new PCV valve, and oil/filter changed! It runs well, and the automatic transmission shifts smoothly. It is nicely equipped with seating for six, air conditioning that blows cold, tilt wheel and cruise control that works as it should, and a brand new Sony XPlode CD stereo with new speakers. The interior is in very nice shape with one small blemish on the front seat. Seems to have been a non-smoking vehicle, as there is no foul odor and the ashtray is spotless! I know the history of it for the last three years. Tires are new within the last year. There is a small exhaust leak, but it is hardly noticeable. There is a small amount of rust on the bed, but overall it is very clean for its age. Paint shines good, with very little fade. No cracks in the windshield. Has pop-out windows on the side rears. Brakes were redone about 6,000 miles ago. I have service records from the truck. Clear title in my hand. Truck is listed locally as well, so I reserve the right to end the auction early. I can help the seller with transportation, but it is the buyers sole financial responsibility. I expect a $250 non-refundable deposit within 3 days of auction end. This deposit can be made through paypal. The balance is due within 7 days of auction end, unless other arrangements are made previously. Balance needs to be in cash, bank check, or bank transfer.
