1963 Ford Falcon Futura Convertible. *NO RESERVE !! A California original '63 black license plate rust free car. A project that has gotten off to an amazing start, look at all the tough work that has already been done to this desirable little car. The car has had Mustang II front rack and pinion suspension installed (with adjustable coil over front springs), the original shock towers were removed for the suspension upgrade and therefore also made room to install almost any engine you could want! The firewall was professionally cut and modified to make room for an automatic transmission. The car has a custom made heavy duty aluminum driveline, it now has an eight inch rear end...but the car also comes with a custom modified (specifically for this car) an independent rear end set-up that will bolt straight onto the car! The engine, transmission and rear end are from a mid '90s Thunderbird with a 4.6L EFi V8 and automatic w/overdrive transmission, and IRS rear end. This car will have plenty of power, driveability, handling, and the bonus of great gas mileage. The engine mounts, trans mounts, radiator, special headers, brake master cylinder, and steering shaft have been installed. The car comes with a brand new complete Telorvek wiring kit (from The DetailZone.com) for this fuel injected drivetrain, including computer, controller, wiring and instructions.(see pic). The front clip was removed so that the full engine bay and under car could be painted with the engine out. The car was a running, driving, rust free, California convertible (with working power top) before the change was undertaken (on a non-op, no back fees due). This is also a rare factory bucket seat car with a factory center console. As you can see, the car is rust free, and the paint in the trunk is original. The pictures tell the story.
