Spring is here and its time to hit the road with the top down in this MGB. I bought the car last year but no longer have time or room for it. Its pretty rust free except a small blister patch in front of the left rear wheel opening. The car was originally maroon but has been repainted red. While its not bad for a driver it could use a re-paint. The convertible top is usable but could also stand to be re-placed. I'm including a hardtop with the car. The car runs and drives well and can be driven but does need some attention. The interior is missing carpet and the interior panels are showing their age. The transmission is the standard 4 speed and needs a 1st gear synchronizer. It has newer tires that were installed last summer, a newer gas tank, a new AM/FM/CD/ IPOD stereo, and the radiator has been professionally cleaned. The previous owner moved the battery to the trunk and I havent had time to correct that. The ignition switch works but will need o be replaced at some point. The car is sold as is without warranty. The car is located in Fairview Hts, IL. Buyer is responsible for all shipping/pick up costs. I accept PayPal and cash.
