this is a 96 mercury grand marquis it has the 4.6,with 134,000 miles, runs great,drives great. motor/trans are good,good exhaust,very quiet. just has little dings and dents on body. interior it is greenish/grey in color, white exterior. it has new tires,exhaust,tie rod ends,idler arm and front end alignment. this car was driven from illinios to florida in feb/2011 and was parked in july/2011 when the plates and insurance expired.(this car has a clear ILLINOIS title) this car has been sitting about 8 months now,but i have started it and let it run every other month or so,and took it around the block once in awhile also. this car is very dependable,i would not be affraid to drive this car ANYWHERE!. this car has a class III receiver hitch on it,professionally installed(this car never pulled anything in its life except a 4x8 trailer from Illinois to florida) this would make a great car for a student,work car,moms car or ETC? THE GOOD: excellent runner,great transportation,nice shape,new parts and very dependable. THE BAD: dings,dents,needs rear brake line and battery, thats why i said project car in title. well heres the story,this was my fathers car, he bought it in 4/09 this car was his pride and joy he fixed alot of things when he got it the front suspension,parts, tires, tune ups, AC,ETC. he took very,very good care of this car, along with all of his cars. he passed away on 12/12/10 i went to Illinois to take care of things, i ended up bringing the car down here along with a few other items, thats why i had to buy a small trailer and have the hitch installed,the car ran out excellent,great MPG only cost $200 to drive from illinois to florida. no problems at all except in atlanta the rear brake line started leaking, so i was on the highway at 2am no parts store open so i pinched it off,was going to fix it in the morning but the car drove fine and braked fine couldnt even tell it was pinched so i drove it home to mulberry florida,no problems at all. then once we got here it never got fixed. (but you cant tell the lines broke at all) this does not effect anyone from driving this car anywhere, it is drivable (but the line should be replaced!) now the car just sits because i have a car, and she has a car, i couldnt get rid of it before because it was my dads car and it has sentimental value it still does,but its time to let it go. any questions please ask this is for pickup only car is located in mulberry florida 33860 bring a battery and you can drive it!!.or tow/trailer it? i will post more pictures ASAP!!
