Factory interior is in GOOD condition considering the model year. Add the incredible 'fun factor' of this hip and shapely ride and you've got a 'consumer reports' recommended 'best' buy.

Being a well-optioned model, you will be pleased with power windows, power locks, power side-view mirrors, and factory stereo, the cassette door making a great connection for ipod! Comments: CAR DRIVES LIKE HALF THE MILES- SEE THE VIN WITH YOUR LOCAL FORD SERVICE MGR. FOR HISTORY. ( for history, as no records came in the glovebox to protect the customer's privacy). THESE ARE THE SAFEST pony cars on the market.
INSPECTION; GOOD FOR HORN¸ E-BRAKE¸ AND WINDSHIELD! BRAKES ARE not SMOOTH ON HARD STOP .
Fixits etc. Brakes on a dime- pads have not been measured for depth but rotors may be thin. Foglamps, bulbs and other smaller items are not tested in any car. No other obvious mechanical repairs are noted from the test drive, any service or tune by arrangement at cost by a local tech. Body has no rust and see random pic of underside(clean!) So, though perfectionists need not apply, this is a great daily driver that is exciting and fun! Next repair; needs a shift linkage adjustment Awesome smooth-running motor. Fixits; Top is original and due for replacement -has few repaired holes, windshield was cracked by a branch, and there's a small dent from the latter on top of R.F. fender.(not visible in pix) Good rear glass window. May be due for regular services such as scheduled maintenance, as this is a just-arrived 'new car' trade for a new one. All windows lifts and locks work fine. Slight slippage when cold between 3rd and overdrive, but has been stable for 2 years of my ownership.

Exterior; Usual light fading and scratches on tops and sides,(right side older clearcoat/paint, left side bodyside fresher paint with nice clearcoat) usual bumper scuffs must be expected on a car of this era. Factory wheels mounted with 'premium' deep tread tires are original and correct.(see pix). This vehicle does run far better than average, GOOD LUCK BIDDING AND WINNING!
