I am the original owner and I have maintained this vehicle well up to last Thursday when the engine lost all compression on all cylinders and just stopped running. I had it towed to the BMW dealership in Columbia, MO and they said the engine needs to be replaced. We got a price of $6K to replace the engine including labor. So, I am selling this as is. This would be a GREAT parts car or for someone who can replace the engine, a really cheap, good car. If you notice in the pics, there are: Door dings in the front & back passenger doorsDent right below the window in the back hatchThe back passenger seat has marks where my son set a battery, they are not torn, just the finish of the leather is off.The carpet floor between the back seats under the ash tray also has an area where the carpet fuzz is gone, because of the battery. (He took it off the seat to the floor!)The sun roof ceiling shade doesn't close all the way shut. (not the window)Some of the little plastic covers over the temperature controls have popped off.Rear Drivers Side Door Latch is brokenHood Latch is broken (I had one on order to fix it) Brand new wipers front & backReally good tires (one new)Never been smoked inInterior is in good condition We have a small loan on the car, which will be paid off when the car sells to the highest bidder. I really enjoyed this car, it got great gas mileage and was very responsive and a great drive. When I bought this car, I put every option I could on it except xenon headlamps.
