.99 cent car, no reserve 3 day auction! Here we go... Super, oober, rare first gen. Subaru leone 4 wheel drive wagon. Still sporting the factory push guard bumpers front and rear. The previous owner very lightly primed over the original paint which was sort of a light yellow cream color. They did not even sand it first! Car does run, and I have driven it to verify no problems with the trans shifting and 4 wheel drive, that said, this is a project to be finished and still needs work. What has been done... New low mileage motor from japan dressed and installed, I have the original motor and will include, alternative gm ignition system installed as the original igniters seem to be a bit rarer than the car itself. What still needs to be done... Brakes should be gone though, although I was able to drive it around with whats still there. Hood and hinges need some work, along with the drivers side door/fender line. both minor. Some rust on rear hatch, all minor easy fixes. rest of the the body is very straight. The rear seat is dirty, as for the rest of the interior, however it does not appear anyone ever sat back there! Front seats are worn and torn. Drivers side window glass will need to be replaced. There is a brand new battery in it. I was going to finish this but just have too many projects right now. Will make an easy restore.
