Up for auction is a 1970 Chevrolet Impala. It is a two door model, with a factory 300 horsepower 350 ci engine, with the 4 barrel carb. It has an automatic transmission, but I don't know if it has the Turbo 350 or 400. The body is is a little rough in places, but I believe this car is very restoreable and could be an awesome ride with a little work. It is brown in color with a gold metallic interior. In the pictures the back bench seat is out, but I do have it as well as all of the chrome pieces, and i believe this car is complete except for the carpet. I have started this car and it runs extremely smooth and very quiet, but I have never driven it farther than up and down the driveway. I bought this car with the intention of my son and I fixing it up together, but this has turned out to be another father and son project that will never be completed. For the winner of this auction, be sure to bring the extra big trailer, because this car is late 1960's early 1970's big; the trunk alone is big enough to hold at least three bodies or 200 gallons of moonshine - not that it ever has. I have tried to describe this car as accurately as possible and take pictures that show its true condition.
