You are looking at a RARE E300 DIESEL Sedan w/241k. This car runs and shifts 100% and was meticulously serviced at valley motors Mercedes Benz. This car has minimal road ware as to be expected on a car this age and you will not be disappointed in this car. All of my cars are sold as is where is and if there is anything wrong with the car it will be listed. I have been selling cars for over thirty years and have had ZERO problems since my son has helped me start selling them here on his Ebay account. Unfortunately I cannot make everyone happy so if for any legitimate reason you are not happy with the car then you don’t have to buy it. I do not consider this a binding contract. I do however encourage you to view the car in person and test-drive it. I would not hesitate to put my family in or drive cross country in any car that I list online. I own every car that I sell out right and always have a clean and free title. I will not ship this vehicle but will make every effort to help you in the shipping process ie: delivering the car to the transporter or finding one for you, and picking you up from the airport for a small gas fee. I have successfully made second chance offers in the past but please do not accept one unless you have spoken to me in person via telephone. I do require a deposit but if the transaction is not completed I will refund it minus the Paypal, Ebay, convenience, and all other fees associated with the transaction. I reserve the right to end this auction at any time for any reason. If the car does not sell locally and there is still 12 hours left on the auction then the highest winning bidder will own the car. If there is a winning bid of any amount at any time during the auction then the car will not be sold locally and will be sold to the highest bidder. I do not play games and I appreciate the same courtesy. I do understand that i just started selling on Ebay and that my feedback is low but if you need referrals I have been told by the ones that have bought cars from me on Ebay that they will be more then willing to talk to you in person., just ask me for their phone numbers and i will provide them for you!
