This car is a great restoral project!!1. The engine is an 8 cylinder 328 Oldsmobile Rocket and was rebuilt 8,000 miles ago and has good oil pressure. All mechanic work has been done in last five years.2. It has a Hydromatic automatic transmission, is single coupling and was rebuilt 15,000 miles ago.3. Power brake system has rebuilt wheel cylinders, rebuilt master cylinder and new brake shoes. All four brake drums have been resurfaced.4. The parking brake cables have been lubricated and adjusted.5. The engine has the original voltage regulator.6. Our Oldsmobile has been in same family since 1961 and we cannot let it go for much less than the asking price!!7. The car is drivable. HOWEVER, purchaser will need to purchase new tires and bring with them to have installed here locally or installed by purchaser personally, prior to driving OR and the car must be put on a trailer, if new tires are not installed first. The existing tires are not repairable.8. There are no visible rust holes in the floor boards. The car floor is carpeted and has the original front floor mat.9. The original hub caps are in the trunk of the car as well as extra tail lights, spare parts, etc. Original door mirrors are intact.10. There is minimal missing trim.11. There are no cracks in the windshield or back window. The only cracked window is the driver’s side window. 12. The windows are electric and will need adjusted as they have not been used in several years. 13. The gas gauge does not work. However, the purpose of the second Oldsmobile (pictured in the last three photos) goes with this sale and has the gas tank that can be removed to replace the tank on this Olds.14. The second Oldsmobile sedan, pictured in the last three photos, is included in this sale and can be used for extra parts, etc. This car must be placed on a trailer to be removed and is not drivable. The stipulation of the sale of the green/white Olds requires that this second Olds goes with it - no exceptions.On Feb-05-12 at 10:15:47 PST, seller added the following information:Two pictures of the hubcabs were just posted.
