Hi, I stumbled upon the opportunity to purchase this gorgeous 240 from my customer, I own the reputable Valhalla Volvo Repair here in Redding, CA.I spared nothing in, inspecting this car with a "fine tooth comb" and replaced ANYTHING that was worn, and also completely tuned the vehicle up, including timing belt replacement. This has all been done within the last 5 miles of the cars life. The list includes. Replaced:TIMING BELTSPARK PLUGSAIR FILTERTHERMOSTATSHIFT LINKAGE BUSHINGSREAR TORQUE ROD BUSHINGS (ALL FOUR)DRIVESHAFT CENTER SUPPORT BUSHINGFRONT LOWER BALL JOINTS (R&L)INNER TIE RODS (R&L)TRIP METER RESET BUTTON HAND BRAKE CONSOLE (excellent used)SHIFTER CONSOLE (excellent used)ENGINE SPLASH PANCASTROL 10w-30 ENGINE OIL SERVICE w/ MAHLE FILTERSUSPENSION AND STEERING ALIGNMENT PERFORMED. The tires are all matching, worn evenly and have 60-75% tread remaining. The only real detractions this car has is, slight curb rash on L.F. wheel, and the front leather seats have tired leather.The car speaks for itself, it is current on smog and registration in CA. And has ZERO mechanical faults, and Nearly zero cosmetically.It even has a completely CRACK FREE DASHBOARD, nearly unheard of in the Volvo 240 world!This is a GL model, so it has Power Windows, Power Locks, Leather, Alloy Wheels, Cruise Control, 4 Speed Automatic, and a Sunroof. The rear seat is quite nice and will stay that way for a long time, with some Lexol treatment. * I have for and additional $100.00 a pair of near mint condition cloth front seats for this car, in a perfect color match (tan) if so desired. I have discovered a very slight Transmission Fluid leak. I will be replacing the Transmission Cooler Lines on Tuesday, with new Genuine Volvo parts. And it will be completely leak free 100%.
