Up for sale is a 1978 Limited Edition Corvette Pace Car sporting the Black/Silver exterior, silver leather interior, glass t-tops, numbers matching L48 350ci V-8 engine, and automatic transmission. Assembled on April 12, 1978 this beauty comes with just 4,900 original miles and is ready to show! The paint on this car appears to be original with very few signs of age and has a brilliant shine. The original Pace Car decals have never been installed and will come in the original box with the car. Glass t-tops are in excellent condition, exterior chrome door handles are also excellent with strong return springs. Weatherstripping on this car is in excellent condition as well. Factory Pace Car-specific slotted aluminum wheels are excellent with no curb rash, and are equipped with the Goodyear GT Radial outlined white letter tires. The interior of this 1978 Corvette Pace Car is in excellent condition including the factory leather seats, steering wheel, center console, dash pad, carpet, original floor mats, armrest pad, gauges, and door panels and is equipped with the factory AM/FM 8-Track radio as well. The a/c system has been retrofitted to R134a. This is a complete numbers matching car and simply put, this is a top-quality automobile!
