Vehicle Detail
1970 Chevrolet Nova Bought from a custom car builder over a year ago. My son is now at the University of California at Santa Barbara and continuing with the Military program. We bought this car as a hobby and we recently purchased a new vehicle more conducive for commuting to Los Angeles when he comes home. There is a fortune in aftermarket equipment. The builder was a well known "Billet Distributor" and aftermarket truck customizer in the San Fernando Valley for many years and he built this car for his son as a daily driver. It has 350 V8 with a high performance Cam and headers. It has many Billet accessories on the motor. It drives amazing and I just returned from a 200 mile trip back and forth from Santa Barbara. My son and I recently purchased the factory style interior from a chevrolet restoration company and had it installed by a local interior shop. It has a Alpine stereo with amp and speakers with Ipod attachment. It was previously used as a daily driver traveling 70 miles per day. It has a special fan system for cooling.I just recently replaced the battery and valve stems as it was sitting for a few months. The motor is amazing and it sounds incredible with the headers and exhaust system and cam. I can't begin to explain all the accessories it has as I am not an expert on these cars. It has a B and M shifter and at 70 MPH it tachs at 2500 RPM on the Sunpro Tach. The original shifter was left for safety reasons to release the locking steering wheel. The headliner is original and amazing also. The dash cover needs to be replaced and the paint is oxidized as it appears to be somewhat original. I was told by the car builder that he purchased this car from an elderly gentleman who was the original owner. It had a 6 cylinder engine. The builder completed the motor and mechanical work. We took this car to a chevy show in Woodland Hills last year and it draws a lot of attention. When the motor is idling it sounds ingredible! We have a fortune invested but we have lost our storage facility. Vehicle cover is included! THIS IS A ONE OF A KIND FIND WITH THE ORIGINAL BLUE CALIFORNIA LICENSE PLATES My name is Barry and my phone number is 818-652-3400 and I will answer any questions to the best of my knowledge! Please leave me a message if you can't reach me! Please check my 100% feedback rating! This vehicle has a clear California Title in my son's name with my company as the legal owner. We just renewed the California registration last week for 2013. You are welcome to inspect this prior to bidding! Happy Bidding! f
