We accept the following payment terms for our auctions. Payment Terms The winner of the auction shall pay a $500 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of winning the auction. Payment for the deposit can be made over the phone with a Credit Card (Visa MasterCard, Discover and American Express only) or in person. This deposit secures the vehicle for the winner of the auction. If the deposit is not made within 24 hours and other arrangements have not been made the car will be re-listed or sold to the next highest bidder. The remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) must be paid in full by the end of the 7th day following the auction or the item will be re-listed or sold to another party. Fees, Taxes, Licensing California Residents $15 to $400 Registration/$58 Smog/ $40Document Fee + 9.75% Sales Tax All paperwork must be done at our office located at 12571 Venice Boulevard Los Angeles, CA 90066. All buyers will be required to pay $15 to $400 registration fee (depending if the tags of the vehicle is current or needs to be renewed), $58 Smog fee, and a $40 documentation fee. These are not hidden fees, the $15-$400 registration fee is used to cover the registration fee we will be required to pay when licensing and registering you car at the DMV. The $58 we will use to cover the Smog Test and Smog Certificate (All cars have passed smog). The $40 documentation fee is used to pay a professional DMV registration company to ensure your registration gets done promptly and accurately. Inspections As noted above, it is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect all vehicles thoroughly. We will do our best to describe each item to you but it is best to have a third party inspection.
