If this is not THE BEST 1984 Cabrio, I really would like to see a better one.This is my brother's car, but he moved to Canada, and this is not the best car to have there because of the salt and climate. 82000 plus ORIGINAL MILES, NO accidents.Florida car, NO RUST!ALL ORIGINAL PAINT, Garage kept for 20 plus years, but still has been driven semi regularly, and extremely well maintained.The top was replaced with an OEM factory replacement about 8 years ago, and is in excellent shape.The tires have about 3000 miles on them.Paint is in excellent condition, except for very minor blemished on the hood, left fender and some little dents caused by the neighbor's car door while it was parked with a cover, but not worth repairing unless you want to add non original paint. Upholstery in great condition except for the driver seat as shown in picture.It has an a/c grille broken (see picture)Everything works! This is NOT a car for the student looking for a cheap convertible, or if you are looking for a transportation.It may turn out to be a classic or collectible soon, and if you turn it into a daily driver (which you could do), it's value would be lost extremely fast.This is simply the best 84 convertible VW Cabrio you will find, for someone who knows how much fun they are, someone who will keep it in similar condition, and enjoy it for a lot of years to come.
