You are viewing a rust free California 2001 BMW 325I. This car was a trade in on a new BMW. We sold this car on eBay three weeks ago. At the request of the winning bidder in good faith we performed additional repairs on the car after the safety report was completed. The winning bidder, a resident of California felt they were not obligated to pay the transfer fees including sales tax, smog, vehicle license and registration fees & doc required by the state of California and spelled out within terms listed below following the detailed vehicle description. The winning bidder has left me negative feedback based on his refusal to pay all fees required. We prefer to show the subject vehicle in the same condition as we received the unit in trade. Each eBay listing from us is an Acura or BMW trade-in that may either be too old or have more miles than certification (CPO) will allow. These cars are traditionally wholesaled to used car dealers. This car has received a condition report however THIS particular unit has also completed and passed California Smog test and Safety inspection. Please review the details below of the subject vehicle. This BMW is equipped with the following features: 16 inch alloy wheels, CD, step-tronic automatic transmission, air conditioning, power windows, mirrors and door locks and more. This 2001 BMW drives fantastic. The performance off the line or at passing speeds is outstanding. The transmission feels great and operates correctly and effortlessly in all settings including normal automatic, sport and manual modes. This car provides an exceptional driving experience! This BMW tracks down the road in a straight line and does not pull to any side. Upon hard braking there is absolutely no brake fading or squeaks and the ABS brakes perform correctly. Requested by the prior winning bidder we installed new front and rear brake rotors, sensors and pads. After the work was completed as mentioned before, the bidder did not want to pay the transfer fees and failed to complete the sale never once stepping foot in our location. This car is equipped with optional 16 inch alloys with only minor blemishes. The tires are showing there age and should be replaced soon. Everything works correctly including wipers, low and high beam head lights, turn signals, reverse and brake lights and running lights. The car has a solid service history. Fluids are clean, correct and at proper levels and the oil and coolant were changed when the brakes were completed. There are no open campaigns so the car can be exported with ease. The interior color of this BMW is tan. The interior condition overall is exceptionally nice! There are only minor imperfections within the interior cabin. The center cup holders have minor surface ware and the outer upper drivers seat bolster is showing minor color ware only. The rest of the interior is near perfect including headliner, door panels, dash, seats and carpets are stunning and only a detail away from being near perfect! There are no signs of tobacco use in this car ever and there are no funky odors of any kind! The interior fan selector is not working and the winning bidder will want to correct this item. All instrument lighting, all instruments,interior lighting, instrument gauges, audio etc all work correctly. Overall the interior of this this eleven year old BMW demonstrates a car that has not only been garaged but maintained at a very high level!This BMW is finished in classic Alpine white. This classic BMW has superb sheen and luster along with a mirror finish! There is no signs of oxidation anywhere on the entire car! There are only minor blemishes on the entire body including small stone chips on the front nose, a dime size ultra shallow ding on the right rear quarter panel that you have to look really hard to find, faint minor light scuffs on right rear bumper, the drivers side rear door opening molding is missing and that's it! All glass windows are original OEM. All weather stripping is soft and supple. Overall the exterior demonstrates an automobile that has not only been pampered but maintained at a high level overall and obviously garage kept and better than most two to three year old cars.
