I purchased this BMW from a friend that was very ill. Sadly the car sat outside in (NC) for over two and a half years. It had a hole punched into the lower left side of the front bumper (see picture) by the transport co. The right side and trunk lid could use some detail attention. The clear coat on both mirrors has failed. Those are the bad things, here are the good...new tires, brakes, alignment, batteries, plug wires , spark plugs, fuel pumps wiper blades flasher unit, mass air flow sensor replaced, oil changed,Synthetic oil, Transmission fluid changed,window control switch has been replaced, all new air filters ,including the cabin filter. Also included, the owners manual and a BMW E31 repair manual. The engine is the smoothest I have ever heard. I fell in love with the car and wanted to do the necessary maintenance. Sadly, I am going in for knee surgery very soon and at my age recovery can be long. I will provide all receipts for the work. I am having a very difficult time getting in and out of the car and the time to stop driving is soon.
